In 2009, b project was born from a passion to provide true blending between physical therapy and strength training in a boutique atmosphere. Before b project, a gap existed for the active individual being stuck between traditional healthcare rehab, and returning to their lifestyle.
The bridge from injury to striving toward optimal physical health is here. Your body is a project, and demands the care to confidently push limits, while preventing injury.
The philosophy of b project comes from Brad Jones a practicing Licensed Physical Therapist with over fifteen years of hands on experience. Brad’s accomplishments are numerous, including working for the United States Ski & Snowboard Association and two Winter Olympics (Torino, Italy 2006, and Vancouver, Canada 2010). Brad is the mastermind and educator of the hands-on techniques that have evolved b project to the next level in treatment & exercise skills.
Is Your Healthcare Limiting Your Lifestyle?
The choice is simple, if you use your insurance, you will follow the default path of patients in hospitals, nursing homes and orthopedic medical care. This will only achieve basic level goals of daily living, giving clients quick assessments, passive modalities, and protocol exercise handouts.
Other choices include alternative healthcare practitioners claiming to do rehabilitation. Most lack the knowledge for proper assessment and long-term plan of care, relying only on a treatment technique certification as the basis of their practice.
Both choices focus on short-term, “quick fix” care, missing the mark on a person’s need for an individualized progressive blending of treatment and movement training for long-term success.
As the industry at large focuses on acute care problems, b project continues to capitalize on public need for personal healthcare with the goals of long-term physical health and injury prevention.
Our proven methodology targets specific weaknesses and limitations with the purpose of creating a foundation for advancement. Each step a client takes in the b project process is dynamic in nature and aligns with their current needs – all with the goal of progressing them closer to a healthy active lifestyle.
